Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship orders within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

As a general guide, deliveries within Australia may take approximately 2-8 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Order tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

Incorrect shipping details

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. FIELDLUME is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels
